TIMETABLE

Boxing is one of the simplest and oldest sports. Two people fight each other with their fists until one of them is knocked unconscious or can no longer continue. It remains one of the most popular hand-to-hand combat sports in the world.

The boxing classes at Parity are for anyone from beginner all the way through to experienced fighters. You’ll improve your boxing skills and get a great workout through a variety of partner work, bag work, plus strength and conditioning.

You will be guided through perfecting your form and technique, including fundamental skills, offence, defence, footwork, hand positioning, technical boxing, tactics and sparring.

Learn and grow with like-minded individuals in a supportive group environment, where you'll receive attention and encouragement every step of the way. 

Kit: 14-16oz gloves, gumshield, t-shirt/rashguard and shorts.
