WELCOME TO Parity

Over the past 11 years Phoenix MMA Southampton has gone from strength to strength - not even a devastating gym fire or a pandemic could stop us.

We’ve gone from training on borrowed mats in halls, to having a small unit, to mat surfing at local gyms to the amazing facility and full time academy we call home today. A huge part of that is down to you and our other amazing members, students, coaches, family and friends - so it seemed only right you were the inspiration for our new name and mission.

Once you step in to the academy all societal stuff like job titles, social status, education, race, religion, background etc evaporates. We are all one. We are all equals. We are all just as important as each other. We support each other. We share a similar interest to stay active. We are striving for self-improvement. Together we can and will progress and attain better physical and mental health.

We hope you like the new name, look and feel and we can’t wait to take on this next chapter with you all. See you on the mats.
